Nick Goodwin KC and Jonathan Sampson KC in the Court of Appeal in Re T (Fact-Finding: Second Appeal) [2023] EWCA Civ 475

Nick Goodwin KC led Sarah Watters (7, Harrington St), for the successful appellant local authority and Jonathan Sampson KC led Elizabeth Brennan (Exchange Chambers) for the third respondent in Re T (Fact-Finding: Second Appeal) [2023] EWCA Civ 475. This was an unusual second appeal from the decision of a circuit judge who had overturned the fact-finding decisions of a deputy district judge in a case involving allegations of sexual abuse.
