Nick Goodwin KC led Sarah Watters (7, Harrington St), for the successful appellant local authority and Jonathan Sampson KC led Elizabeth Brennan (Exchange Chambers) for the third respondent in Re T (Fact-Finding: Second Appeal) [2023] EWCA Civ 475.
