Professor Rob George KC qualifies as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Harcourt Chambers is delighted to announce that Professor Rob George KC has qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is now qualified under the Private Children Arbitration Scheme.

Rob’s qualification further enhances our commitment to providing high-quality non-court dispute resolution (NCDR) services across family law matters. As a highly respected silk with a nationally recognised practice, Rob brings a wealth of expertise to complex and sensitive children disputes.

In addition to his busy practice, Rob is known for his academic work and publications within family law. His CIArb qualification reflects his continued commitment to supporting clients and professionals through constructive and effective methods of dispute resolution.

Rob joins a growing number of our members offering arbitration and other forms of NCDR, enabling clients to benefit from flexible, efficient, cost-effective and client-focused alternatives to litigation.
