Ruth Cabeza and Hannah Windmill recently visited the Birketts London office to deliver training to their Family Team on private adoption and surrogacy. Ruth and Hannah were joined by Sacha Wooldridge, Head of Immigration, who set out the relevant immigration law considerations, and the session was chaired by Jennifer Headon, Head of International Family.
