The Court of Appeal has handed down its decision in G (A Child), a groundbreaking decision concerning the complex interplay of asylum law & international child abduction.

Edward Devereux QC appeared on behalf of the appellant instructed by Dawson Cornwell. Mehvish Chaudhry & Paige Campbell were instructed by Bindmans for the International Centre for Family Law, Policy and Practice.
