Anna Yarde represented the Local Authority and Elisabeth Wickham represented the Children’s Guardian in Oxfordshire County Council v M & Ors [2023] EWFC 135. This was a Final Hearing in Care and Placement Order proceedings. The father, representing himself, had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

The orders sought by the Local Authority, supported by the Guardian, were made by the Judge at the conclusion of the four-day Final Hearing.
