We can offer expert advice as to the merits and as to the prospects of success either in writing or in conference. If we advise in favour of an appeal, we will guide our clients as to the steps to be taken and will draft the necessary documents which may include an application for permission and the grounds. In some circumstances, it may be appropriate to apply to set aside a financial order instead of appealing it. We will advise as to whether an appeal or an application to set aside should be made.
