  • AJ v FJ (No.2) (Charging Order) [2026] EWFC 113 – application by Husband to make final charging order against Wife’s share of family matrimonial home, in respect of the costs of a successful appeal against the registration of a Polish maintenance order.
  • MM v FF [2026] EWFC 1 – Appeal by mother against dismissal of application for child maintenance under the EU Maintenance Regulation, in part for lack of jurisdiction.
  • AJ v FJ (Appeal Against Registration) [2024] EWFC 356 – the first successful appeal under The Hague Child Support Convention 2007
  • MS v PS C-283/16 – Court of Justice of the European Union case concerning maintenance creditors who have an order from an EU member state and wish to enforce it can apply directly to the English court
