Disputed / Third Party Asset Claims

It is often necessary to consider whether third parties need to be joined in the financial remedy proceedings. These may be extended family members, business partners or just friends of the parties who either claim to be owed money by one or both of the parties or who claim to be the beneficial owners of property held by the parties. It may be that one of the parties claims that the other party has a beneficial interest in property owned by a third party.
