Members of our Finance Group are routinely involved in financial remedy cases at all levels of the family court and in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Senior members are experienced in cases involving trusts, business assets, overseas assets, pension issues and cases in which third-party interests are involved and we have many junior members who are able to deal with less complex cases or where assets are limited.
Our concern as a chambers is to offer cost-effective and strategic advice and to facilitate settlement where possible. Where settlement is not possible, we are renowned for our thorough preparation and our skilful and persuasive advocacy.
Many of our members are acknowledged as experts in this field in the Directories and lecture and write on financial remedy issues. Some of our more senior members are Deputy High Court Judges, Recorders and Deputy District Judges and routinely determine complex financial remedy cases.
